Ms. Cooper is a philanthropist that has created and funded ministries in support impoverished women and children in the urban streets of Detroit through funding transitional homeless shelters for homeless- pregnant women and struggling women and children. She has worked with troubled girls as youth pastor of Teen Clinic, an outreach program launched at Vista Maria Girls Home Under the leadership of Pastor Ace Newsome, Jr. Ms. Cooper has worked in kingdom ministry roles of responsibility for over 35 years in various capacities with a heart for missions serving as teacher, evangelist, youth pastor, youth program coordinator, Christian radio broadcaster (A Call to Conquer on 1500 AM WLQV), community outreach in Detroit street ministries (H.O.M.E. Ministries), lay pastor, and the founder and Rowe Street Homes, LLC a transitional home for women and children.
